Excellent post! As former public school teachers as well as entrepreneurs, my wife and I decided to homeschool our two kids (both are now adults and out on their own). And one of the *required* books we decided to add to our curriculum was Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich-Dad/Poor-Dad for Teens" as well as "Cash-Flow Quadrant"... Both kids tried ventures when they were kids by babysitting (my daughter) and mowing lawns (my son)... but what made us proud as parents was when my daughter had some of her artwork duplicated and started selling copies of it (leveraging time) and my son burned some of the songs he created onto CDs and was selling them to his buddies (leveraging again). I'm not sure they got the "lesson"--but it was encouraging that they've learned a little on how money can be *created*. I've got the whole set of the Rich-Dad/Poor-Dad series... and I go back and read them over and over...each time, I learn some new stuff. Thanks for the great info!
