Price:   $5000 per person
$4250 per person if you sign up before March 10th
$4000 per person for parties of two or more
$2750 per person for Instructor Program attendees

      I too am a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy.
      In 1959 I left the US Navy Aircraft Carriers and Cruisers to attend the Academy
      With the help of a Congressional Appointment. Upon Graduation I went to sea on my third mates license advancing to a Chief Mate after serving on a WWII mothballed ship restored to carry explosives to Vietnam. The next 3 years I went ashore and worked as an Assistant Operations Manager then as a Chartering Broker. I then
