Wisdom of Rich Dad

One of  Robert Kiyosaki’s rich dad many teachings was Paying Yourself First, even before paying your bills!  The reasoning is if you pay everyone else first, there will be often nothing left for yourself.

OK, sounds great.  But how should I go about doing it, and how much should I pay myself?  After paying myself, what if I don’t have enough to pay the bill?
